Notewise Cloud stores your notes on its servers, with cached copies on your device for offline access. These notes are only available when you're signed in. In contrast, Notewise Unlimited stores all your notes directly on your device, without relying on cloud storage.
When you sign out of Notewise Cloud, the local copies of your notes are deleted to protect your privacy, and cloud-stored notes become inaccessible.
If you're planning to cancel your Notewise Cloud subscription and switch to Notewise Unlimited, you have two options to migrate your notes:
Manual Export: Before signing out, manually export all your notes as
.notewise
files. You can then re-import them after switching to Notewise Unlimited.Subscription Expiration: Alternatively, you can wait for your Notewise Cloud subscription to expire. After it ends, notes that have already been synced to your device will remain accessible. Ensure all notes are fully synced before the subscription expires, as they will no longer be available through Notewise Cloud after that point.
