All my notes are duplicated

If your Notewise Cloud subscription expires and you sign out, your notes that were synced to your device will remain accessible locally. If you later sign in again and reactivate your Notewise Cloud subscription, these local notes will be re-uploaded to the cloud.


If you re-subscribe within the 14-day grace period after expiration, any notes that were not deleted from Notewise Cloud before your subscription ended will now have duplicates. This happens because the previously synced notes and the new uploads will both appear in your Notewise Cloud.


To manage this, we recommend reviewing the content of your notes before deleting any duplicates to ensure that no important information is lost.
