I did not receive an activation code

If you've purchased via Google Play, no activation will be sent. Please refer to this article for more help.

If you've purchased outside of Google Play, an activation code will be sent to your email inbox once the payment is confirmed. If you did not receive an activation code within 5 mins after the payment succeeds, please check the following:

  • You've entered a correct email address.
  • The activation might have been sent to your email's spam folder.
  • If you've purchased via SEPA direct debit, it takes up to 5 business days for the payment to be confirmed. Once the payment is confirmed, your activation code will be sent out immediately.
