Please note that Notewise Unlimited cannot be shared between Android and iOS devices. Your purchase is linked to the platform where it was made. Follow the steps below based on where you purchased your subscription:
If you've purchased from iOS
Your Unlimited subscription is linked to your Apple ID. Ensure that the Apple ID logged into your device is the same one used for the purchase. Then, follow the steps in this FAQ to tap "Restore Purchase" inside Notewise.
Important: An Apple ID can only be used for either Notewise Cloud or Notewise Unlimited, but not both. If another device with the same Apple ID is using Notewise Cloud, restoring Notewise Unlimited on your current device will not work—even if you previously purchased it.
If you've purchased from Google Play
Your Unlimited subscription is linked to your Google Play account. Make sure that the Google Play app on your device is signed in with the account used for the purchase. Then, follow the steps in this FAQ to tap "Restore Purchase" inside Notewise.
Important: A Google Play account can only be used for either Notewise Cloud or Notewise Unlimited, but not both. If another device with the Google Play account is using Notewise Cloud, restoring Notewise Unlimited on your current device will not work—even if you previously purchased it.
If you've purchased from Stripe
You should have received an activation code via email (please check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see it). This code can only be used on one device at a time. If you need to switch devices, you can deactivate Notewise Unlimited on your current device and re-activate it on a new one.
