Notewise Unlimited not shown after purchase

Make sure that you've upgraded to the latest version of Notewise. Do not try to fix this issue by uninstalling and reinstalling the app, this could cause your notes to get lost unless you are on Notewise Cloud (Learn more).

If you've upgraded to Unlimited via Google Play, your Unlimited status is synced with your Google Play account. We rely on Google Play to fetch the latest info on your purchase and Unlimited status.

If your Unlimited status is not shown after the Google Play purchase, you may restore the purchase by tapping the Restore purchase button on the Unlimited purchase page, as shown in the following screenshot.

If this doesn't work, please try the following:

  • Make sure that your Google Play app is logged in with the sam account where the purchase was made from.
  • Close Notewise.
  • On your device, go to Settings > Apps > Google Play Store > Storage. Tap Clear data and Clear cache. Restart your device.
  • Open Google Play app and make sure to log in with the Google account where the purchase was made.
  • Open Notewise and check your Unlimited status.
