My notes are missing after upgrading to Notewise Cloud

Notewise Cloud maintains data integrity by regularly removing unnecessary and unused data to optimize your available storage space. If a note upload remains incomplete for an extended period (beyond 14 days), we consider it to be corrupted and remove it to reclaim storage space.

To ensure your data remains intact, complete any pending Notewise Cloud uploads at least once every 14 days. However, if your sync status indicates "Notewise Cloud is up to date," you're good to go, as all your data has been successfully uploaded and stored securely.

To verify your sync status, tap the Cloud icon on the home page. This icon always reflects the latest Notewise Cloud synchronization status.
