Request data and account deletion

At Notewise, we value your privacy and respect your decision to remove your data from our systems. The process for account deletion depends on whether you have a Notewise Cloud subscription or not.


For Non-Cloud Users

If you're using the free version of Notewise or Notewise Unlimited without a Cloud subscription, all your data is securely stored locally on your device. We do not collect or store any of your personal information on our servers. Therefore, there is no need to request account or data deletion from our end.


For Notewise Cloud Subscribers

If you have an active Notewise Cloud subscription, here's how you can request account deletion:

  1. Unsubscribe from Notewise Cloud
  2. Wait for Subscription Expiration: Once your subscription expires, your account, including all associated personal data and notes, will be automatically scheduled for deletion.
  3. Account Deletion: 7 days after your subscription expiration date, your account and all related data will be permanently deleted from our servers.

Please note that account deletion is an irreversible process, and any data associated with your account will be permanently removed from our systems.
